Ok. I have a home that is in the $700,000 dollar bracket i would be more than happy to lease with option to buy for you. Can you qualify?

Your best bet, if you are new at home buying, is to speak to a Realtor before you do a lot of running around frustrating yourself trying to find what you want. A Realtor will be familiar with the local market, and know what sellers are willing to consider at a lease to own proposition. Be prepared to lay it all out for the Realtor, exactly what you can afford each month, so that he/she can give you their best effort. Good luck.

me too, but the prices are to high, about 1/2 million dollars too high
