Yep they are I hope when the NFL reviews the game they fine the refs.

The first penalty on Toomer was suspect, but other than that, no. If a minor penalty at the beginning of the fourth quarter "screws" you, the refs aren't your problem.

There was a bad call on the Patriots' first touchdown, too, so don't try the "refs favor the Patriots" crap.

No, from me as a Saints person i would say, New England is just a good team!
