i'm just woundering.

In the sense that there are similar looking bones with similar shapes, yeah. But there are 2 and 4 legged walking dinosaurs (and flying) and most resemble lizards or birds while a dog's skeleton is more like other 4 legged mammals like horses.

depends on the dinosaur, there were many different types around. While they share being a vertebrate and having consequently a backbone and four legs there are also many differences. Dinosaurs are reptiles and dogs are mammals. There are clear differences in the skull between both groups.
