I thought it was a brilliant musical. If you watched it because you were expecting a movie, then you would obviously be disappointed. If you watched it on the view of a musical, you would probably rate it much higher... for a musical, it basically had everything you would want, even though there may have been an overuse of blood-- I guess that was the point of the movie though.

I saw the movie and thought it was pretty good. This isn't a movie that I plan on seeing again though, for me it's just a one time thing. I guess I just expected so much from this movie that I kind of ruined it for myself. And also I do not really know much background history on Sweeney Todd, so if I knew about the story I think the movie would have been better for me. I thought the ending sucked, but people told me that that's how the story goes.

Well it's kinda like Johnny Depp meets The Nightmare Before Christmas, I guess, so all those chicks at school who are obsessed with both (there are a lot) will be flooding to this flick and eating it up.

I actually liked it; the cinematography was good, the music was good, the actors were good, the story was good..and so on.
I've seen it twice now, and I liked it better the second time.

I thought it was really good, but that might just be me and my sick little sense of humor.

I haven't seen it, but I want to... It's Tim Burton! It looked good to me.
