what should i eat to gain weight. for some reason i never feel like eating.Can someone give me a diet plan to follow so i can gain weight at least a 100pds i never weighed over 95pds but i would like to weigh 105 or possibly 100pds. i have anemia and low sugar the doctor said, i can't ask the doctor anymore question because i don't have medical. so please someone give me a diet plan and will follow

A nurse would be able to answer diet questions for you without any problem.

You didn't state your age. If you're just starting out with bras, be aware that your chest size will usually continue to develop till you reach age 20. Being 86 pounds for an adult would be underweight, but for a teen would not be as extreme.

Eating three meals a day is a good start. Balanced meals with fruit and vegetables at each one, plus a calcium source is essential. Milk, cheese, cottage cheese, cream cheese, you NEED calcium for bone development to last your lifetime. You add to your bone growth till about age 25, at which point it stops. The more you have early in life, the longer it stays with you so you don't have weak bones after age 50.

Do less activities, and eat more. Drink juice instead of soda, and eat regular chips instead of baked. Eat cheese, salami, and ham sandwhiches...Drink 2% milk. Just remember, don't take it too far with the unhealthy stuff. Eat fruit instead of candy (you can have candy, just not 5 times a day). You don't want to get hooked on junk food and gain 80 pounds...that would be bad. Remember: keep is reasonable.

nothing wrong with getting bigger boobs, as long as they stay natural their great!! make a guy you date very happy!
