I need answers back by full scientific research please, I think people have lied to me about the weather in the past.

40 below zero, centigrade or Fahrenheit...

But "colder than a witches **** = 22 Fahrenheit

and colder than a witches **** in a brass bra is 22 fahrenheit with a wind chill factor.

"colder than a well digger's a.ss" is only one or two degrees above freezing.

Freezing is the physical change between the liquid and solid states of a substance. Since brass is already solid at all "normal" temperatures, all normal temperatures are below the freezing point of brass, be it in the form of balls for monkeys or otherwise.

well, pretty damn cold, it been 60 below here and my balls dont freeze off, although im not naked outside, but yea cold enough to freeze blood, and then be able to knock them off
