i can't eat around guys?

i feel sooo weird im 15 and i refuse to eat at lunch, etc. also im skinny so my weight is not the problem....help! am i weird?!

Not weird, though this could be a nervous disorder. Just eat. If you're afraid guys won't like you, or that you'll make a mess don't worry. You're going to have to eat in front of guys soon enough, as in when you date one. Not eating is a sign of sickness, so eating some could actually help you get a guy.

I used to be like that too when I was around your age, and only got over it when I met my current boyfriend, when I was 18. I would always tell him I'd already eaten, or wasn't hungry. On our very first 'date', which lasted all day, I was really nervous, and was drinking a lot of water because I had such a dry mouth.

Well, of course I needed to pee, and couldn't bring myself to tell him I needed to go. So, from about 8.30 am until 10.30 pm with about 2 litres of water in my system, I never peed. He came to my bus terminus to see me off (I lived about 1 1/2 hours away from him at the time) and I was trying to get rid of him, but he wouldn't go, and so I held on until I got home. That was nasty, and got me cystitis into the bargain, which was pretty painful. It was only a few months into out relationship that I actually began to act normally, and told him what happened, and he laughed and laughed.ANd told me that was weird.

Sorry for rambling. Moral of the story - be yourself, and that includes carrying out necessary bodiloy functions! Most guys prefer a girl with a bit of meat on them anyway. Try to relax. Nobody will be bothered with watching you eat or anything like that.

i eat a lot. i don't have a weight problem or anything, i just eat normally. but sometimes i feel embarrassed bcuz i eat so much and i always spill on my shirts cuz i'm messy. ur not weird as long as u eat a normal amount of food at ur home or something

a lot of people go through that, where they are scared to eat in front of the opposite sex. i guess because they are scared they will do something embarrassing, like get food stuck in their teeth or something. but you really need to get over that, guys like girls that can just be themselves and confident. just remember, they have to eat too, don't let them think you are weird, just grab that slice of pizza and down it, and if you do something embarrassing, just laugh at yourself, that way they will laugh with you not at you. relax and get more comfortable with the opposite sex, one day you will be married to one, and you can't stop eating all together.

I can't eat when people are looking at me and I can't eat around people who are also hungry. You are not weird.... You just don't like to eat around certain people..

I can't eat around guys either. I don't know why. I think it is something to do with getting food stuck in my teeth.

Okay first off. Number one problem is that 2/3 of the girls in america is bolimic. Lol I don't know the spelling =D. Secondly how heavy are you? I'm 14 and I'm 95lb because I do ALOT of breakdancing. Do you have braces?
Maybe you could just try and eat sliced apple or something that isn't messy or get stuck in your teeth so you wont be embarrassed.

No you are not weird, but why won't you eat around them
