it's sometime in April and it's usually a Major parade by the Seawall and mostly at East Beach.

it usually the 3rd weekend in april and it happens along the seawall. it is definately not what it used to be. when i was younger and used to go it was on and poppin! it has fallen off now. its just a bunch of old guys and out of towners.
