Is there any way to block spam?

If you have a firewall, you can try to determine their IP address and add a firewall rule. If your ISP has a spam folder and claims to have anti-spam hueristics, always move the unwanted stuff to that spam folder so it can learn.

There is also the possibility of using an anti-virus package that includes an anti-spam feature. I think Defender Pro has one. Not sure about others.
