It isn't a good idea to shave the area down there bare. It will itch really badly and razor burn is likely to happen. Ingrown hairs are also likely to develop. If she really doesn't want the hair down there, it is best just to trim it shorter rather than shave it. If she really really wants it to be bare, she should wax, but shaving down there is definitely a bad idea and would be uncomfortable..

Ya can't shave your vigina! You can shave around it on the labia, etc. But, you can't shave your vagina! Jeese! But, I personally like it when a girl is shaved.

lots of people shave their private areas..male and female..
but if she is at a age where she needs to talk to her mom about it..I would say, she is too young to think about that just yet.

I would advise against that. There shouldn't be any hair on her vagina anyway. If you mean her pubic area, I think trimming is sufficient.
