I'm not certain the word "Exploit" fits the situation. There are facts that one may consider..
At one time the U.S & United Kingdom owned a 3/4 share of Iraqi oil..
When Saddam nationalized Iraqi oil..we were shut out.
Saddam then turned to Russia & France for financing & trade,.who opposed the war, not wanting the U.S. to gain control of Iraq's resources.
The administration..Bush, Cheney & Rice..all have strong ties to the oil industry..Chevron once named a supertanker after Rice. They probably thought a "regime change" would be quick & easy, with little or no loss of lives.
Although he may be the most despised criminal in the world..Bin Laden is well educated person, and it seems some of his predictions have come to pass..He said he would lead the U.S into War, and he would weaken our country..It is a sad deal..

I don`t care what he says, I wish we would exploit their oil so our prices could drop. So much for this war being about oil, HUH?
