Me.
In the Philippines.
I will declare Marshall law.
Then, kill the corrupted government officials after I test them with the lie detector test.
If they're honest enough to say they're corrupt at first question then they can live but their privileges would be stripped away.
They'll live a basic lifestyle.
I'll reform the process in becoming a government official and also in the military.
Once in a while the whole country would take the lie detector test and those testers would be tested by me and they could also test me.
I'll distribute the money taken from corrupt officials and distribute it to those who deserve it.
I'll focus on agricultural advances and natural reforms first before I contemplate on scientific advances about infrastructures, etc. but scientist whose research could probably help in the future would be funded.
I'll make government owned businesses and mostly employ undergraduates but I'll also employ some graduates that haven't got a job before because of lack of opportunities.
I'll fix ties with the other countries.
Give freedom to the muslims in Mindanao.
So, terrorism won't be a problem and that military fund would at last lessen and be used in a more productive engagements.
I'll listen to business groups more than the religous groups to pay the debt of the country.
[Presidents here are so so Showbiz. xD! because our country is so religous they always makes deals with these religous groups to boost their PR! Instead of doing better.]
And so on...xD!
Yea, I can have a nightmare and get assasinated right after the first second I declare Marshall law.
