You shouldn't take any medication during pregnancy without first discussing it with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure. There are a lot of medications that have never been studied in pregnant women so no one can say for sure one way or the other if they are safe for pregnant women to use. I know it would be terrible, feeling sick at 35 weeks, but please don't take the medication without checking with your doctor or pharmacist first.

I found this info on the internet about Nyquil & pregnancy. It does look like they don't know whether or not it's safe:

PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: If you become pregnant while taking NyQuil Liquid, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using NyQuil Liquid during pregnancy. It is unknown if NyQuil Liquid is excreted in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while taking NyQuil Liquid..

Since NyQuil contains alcohol, you shouldn't take it while pregnant. You shouldn't take any medication when pregnant without getting your doctor's ok.

It's probably best not to unless you consult your doctor.
