There is no set age. I got in trouble in kindergarten for doing it. Childhood masturbation is quite common.
My mother tells this story about my two brothers taking a bath when they were little. One was 5 the other was 2. My brother Brandon who was two at the time kept playing with his until he got an erection and apparently was very proud of it. Mom says he stood up and was like "Look mama!" Then my other brother splashed water from a cup on it. Brandon bent down and came back up whining that "David broke it"
It's whenever people discover it feels good. Which when you're little you curious and poking around in areas...yeah...totally common.

i dont really think there is an age.. its whenever u discover it feels good for u.. my mom unfortunately told me she was like 3! which im skeptic about.. but i was roughly 12.. most people are around that age of starting puberty
