Every 30 minutes is the approximate average. I worked a special detail of DUI enforcement for 10 years, and I still don't know what the solution could be.

people just need to be more responsible for themselves, it is unfortunate, and my grandmother was killed by a driver who was under the influence, but the last thing we need is more government involvement in our lives. They already infringe too much.

Drinking isn't the problem, any more than driving is.
It's the poor decision of combining the two that is illegal and dangerous.

I don't think so, drinking people could never be that punctual!
