Depends. I could have gone to some decent regional law schools for next to nothing due to scholarship offers. I chose to go to a slightly better national school with less scholarships, so I'll be about $55,000 in debt by the time I get my J.D.. Also, keep in mind that almost nobody works during the first year of law school, so the rich people depend on their parents, and the not-so-rich people depend on loans.

Those of my friends without scholarships will be around $125,000 in debt.

The moral of the story? Work hard in undergrad.

More than regular school. I am a freshman this year and want to go to law school but I have not looked into pricing yet.

You do know that you don't need a law degree to get barred as a lawyer. You can actually educate yourself. Probably a lot cheaper but a lot more time consuming.

Depends on the school.

For 2008, Yale Law is about $60,000.

A WHOLE FRIGGIN LOT. I'm paying 37,5 K per year plus books and living expenses because you're not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week, so it's coming to about 50K per year.

Depends on which school you want to attend. For an Ivy League school, you'll pay upwards of $50,000-75,000 per year.
