im not sure wat its made of.. im sure that can be googled.. but its used to shoot up ur vagina to clean or "rinse" it out. some women use it after sex or after their period. i was taught in sex ed that douchin isnt always good.. that it takes away the natural bacteria in your vagina

A douche is a devise used to project a stream of water into your body. This usually refers to rinsing the vagina.
