Lost of down? Do you feel like this most days or just once in a blue moon?? If its a case that you feel like this more often than you feel fine then I would see your GP as it could be something that you need to get help for. If its not then you are completely normal - I have alway said that if life was high and good all the time then it would be boring everyone needs to feel a little low sometimes to experience the highs.

Unfortunately, I have days like that, sometimes for several days in a row, about five or six times a year, but thankfully I have a network of friends and family that help me find my way again. In the past, I had days like that that would last for months.... but at least it helps me realize that when I have days like that, no matter how lost I feel, there is a good chance I can find my way again...

Yes, especially when I've caught cold. I'm in my own little world and can't concentrate on anything. It's terrible. Mostly when I have those days I need to eat a little and sleep a lot. That usually helps me.
