Over 140 - Genius or near genius
120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence
110 - 119 - Superior intelligence
90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence
80 - 89 - Dullness
70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency
Under 70 - Definite feeble-mindedness
That's is just one of the many scales (merely an example).
It's nice to see I'm in the company of so many intelligent people!
I have never taken one. Though when I was a child and tested I was always in the 98th percentile of the standardized tests the State of Ohio dispensed. And unfortunately standardized tests are a joke IMHO, especially the ones they use today.
I meet a lot of people I call "regurgitaters of information", yet they can't do anything useful with it, i.e. problem solve.

ha the IQ test is very outdated. That's old school stuff man. They test for more than whats on that test nowadays.

sorry to sound like a big head but mines 169 dude (ha ha ) genuinely true I'm in the top 3% of mensa not bad for a nurse and football fan eh! i could've fulfilled my daddy's dream and been a doctor soz dad

I have never had one but, I suspect I`d rate fair to middlin`...I`m no genius but I`m no dummy either. Experience and age are such a contributing factor when you take the test.
