I think they are old looking.
The first bottom are like MOM JEANS!
go to old navy for nice jeans, buy a dark wash.
for shirts banana republic is a good choice or club monaco, they have nice things, make sure the shirt hides the waist of your jeans, don't tuck in anything!

i don't like the dress, sorry!
and outfit 3 is pretty cute except i don't like those pants too much. the shoes are cool though, lol
