How do I help a belemic girl?

my friends and i happened to notice this girl in the restroom every lunch. and she never came out. when we go in, and look under the stall, we see that her feet are FACING the toilet. like shes throwing up....

its basically been going on for months and we want to talk to her, and help her. she really ISNT fat. help!

Most bulemic people aren't fat. The girl needs professional help. Get her to a school nurse or medical staff.

If you confront her it will embarrass her and possibly anger her Go to the school counselor and explain it let them try to get her help.
