What actually killed Benazir Bhutto: (1) The Gun shot that they claimed exit her body (2) The effect of the bombing of the suicide bomber or (3) The bang of her head on the sun roof glass they claim went through her head.
I am interested in hearing any explanation that you might have.

Unfortunately we are not likely to find out exactly what was the cause of death.

We do know that the people with Benazir Bhutto survived the blast from the suicide bomber.

Benazir Bhutto was in an armored vehicle which was strong enough to survive the blast.

Since Benazir Bhutto was standing through the sunroof she was exposed to the blast. She would have received a substantial amount of injury from that blast.

With respect to the gunshots, according to the doctors who examined her they found no evidence of gunshot wounds, but they did find damage from the bomb blast.

According to the report that I read, her husband requested that there not be an autopsy. I would expect that this was for religious reasons.

There were external xrays taken and an external examination made by the physicians.

Ther may be legitimate reasons to not release the exact details because there is an ongoing criminal investigation.

The release of the exact details could harm the investigation.

I don't think that the gallons of blood that witnesses saw pour out of her was due to a head bump. She is the victim of gunshot and an explosion. I think the government of Pakistan is trying to use the head bump story to diffuse the violent reactions in the country. The Muslim citizens believe that her death makes her a martyr, and they don't like it when politicians minimize her murder. Because of Muslim law she had to be buried right away so there may not ever be an autopsy due to her customs. You have to admit she was a brilliant and gutsy woman to be elected the first female Muslim head of state. Her whole family has been killed or targeted for decades. I feel such sorrow for her kids and husband and the people who hoped for her democratic values.

Let's be honest. Unless you are lucky enough to catch a witness here online, you aren't going to get any better answers than the three you already have. This is not the place where you can expect anything but speculation.

I heard that the gun shot missed her and that the guy who tried to shoot her blew up himself in his car beside her vehicle. Then i heard that it was a broken neck who killed her so i'm pretty confused myself
