Well the haircut itself isn't so bad, it's just a regular men's style. But the color is way too boy band, most guys can't pull off highlights, and those don't even look natural. And the whole gel thing, it's very 90's and out of style.

The cut is a little long - get a trim.
The color is not flattering - it looks soo fake (which could say something about your personality). Your highlights should blend and look as natural as possible.

i think its kinda old boy band...barbiie's ken sort of hair...so i wouldnt date a guy like that...and to be honesst it makes a guy look like a prick as well...but some girls may like it
