The control line wouldn't come up if there wasn't enough. I peed in a cup and dipped my test.

If you don't pee enough you won't get accurate results.
The best time to test is in the morning - your morning urine is more concentrated with HCG - the hormone produced when only pregnant and HCG is what these tests are looking for.
Do it in the morning.

It wont work as the test is too dry

the results would probably not be accurate. but i would read the directions on the package. good luck!
