How do i download songs onto my i-pod nano with itunes?

I have frostwire, windows media player, and itunes. But i cant figure out how to put songs on the i-pod nano! I know i have to use itunes, but there is no way to sync any songs! Please help!

LOL @ your editing!!

Um, are the songs already on your computer? Then just open iTunes and click File > Add File To Library (or Import) and fine the music file.

Sorry, not sure what you mean by there is no way to sync songs. Email me. =P
