There is a really cool hydroponics farm going on at Walt Disney World in FL. I believe at EPCOT. A ride even goes thru it! I'd look at their website and see if you can get any specialized information.

Also, there is a groceyr store chain in So. Texas called Fiesta that grows many of it's own veggies hydroponically right there in-store. Fascinating.

And of course, there's always the USDA official site, your local county extension agents, and Google. :-)

Your local cooperative extension office is a very valuable and seriously under used source of all things plant-bug-turf-... related. To locate your's start by looking on your city's web site or call their offices. They will know how to contact them. The Co-op office has a vast data base to draw from. In Michigan ours is connected with Michigan State University. You could contact them as well. http://www.msue.msu.edu/portal/ = This is a link to their extention home page.

There are several good books on the subject. Some schools of psychology offer certification in this area.

When you find out let me know. We have the crappiest soil here in AZ, zero nutrients. Check with your local university, u-extension or agricultural offices.

Send me your email, I'll give you a book. Lata!

Oh yeah, it's 7 MB. Make sure you can accept that at your email address. If not, I'll have to put it up somewhere and send you a link.
