Yes it is.They drove the cruiserweight division to the middle of nowhere and shot it.Then they dug a shallow grave,put the cold motionless body in the hole,and put up a wooden sign that says "Here rests the most entertaining division of all".

Yes, definitely.
The cruiserweight title has been vacated for how long? And prior to that it was with Hornswoggle. Also, there are no high-flying matches anymore. There isn't even matches with the cruiserweights anymore. Rey and Chavo moved to fighting in bigger weight classes. Super Crazy has been on RAW jobbing. Jamie Noble doesn't fight cruiserweights, just Palumbo. I believe kid kash has been gone for a long time. Juventud and Psicosis have been gone for months upon months. Funaki is rarely seen and when he is he jobs. And Jimmy Wang Yang and Shannon Moore either job, don't fight, or fight in bigger weight classes. Helms seems like he is never healthy.
And that leaves Hornswoggle..........

Yes, sadly.
There hasn't been a champ since the end of September, and you'd think there would be a Cruiserweight Battle Royal by now.

Not only did Hornswoggle get the title, but the cruiserweights' roster is diminished to little to nothing.

no because if u look in the title history page of wwe.com the cruiserweight title is with the current belts and not with the old belts like hardcore ecw tag team ecw tv titles
