If you are still a teenager, you are just growing into a larger size. If you are an adult, you are probably overeating. You just need to exercise and eat healthy and you will fit into those pants in no time. Good luck

maybe weight gain or eating fatty foods can cause weight gain. Also maybe the dryer shrunk them.
