Rarely. I like the pillow under my legs sometimes though. Problem is i roll around so much, the pillow's off the bed and on the floor before you know it.
I'm still trying to figure out what the hey I do when I'm in sleep state?

I started doing it when I was about 30 years old. My chiropractor explained to me that since our knees will never be as wide as our hips, having a pillow in between them helps compensate for that width difference and makes it more comfortable on the hips/pelvis.
At the time I started doing it, I was having extreme pain in my pelvic join right at the groin area. Within a night or two, the pain was gone.
It's especially recommended when you're pregnant since your hip joints are so loose and sore.

I don't have any medical issues, I have slept like that since I was a kid. It is really comfortable. I usually sleep with a body pillow and a pillow for my head...sleep like a baby.

I used to sleep like that when I was a child; it was so comfortable. Now I can't because my legs are tall and it is not comfortable.
Peace

i sleep with a pillow between my legs sometimes to keep my knees from pressing together because often times my hips ache , it just gets all wonky and the pillow kinda evens it all out-- support i think.

Yes I do. I have had chronic back pain, sciatica and SI joint problems for about 15 years now. I cannot sleep any other way. It helps relieve the pressure on my lower back.

my mom sometimes sleeps like that because she has bad arthritis in her knees and sleeping with a pillow between them helps her with her hip alignment. (or something like that)
and i don't sleep like that! =)

No I don't sleep like that but it's recommended for people who have certain back problems.
