Can't find a verb 'Vineo'

There is venio, venire, veni, ventus = to come

There is veneo, venire, venivi, venitus = to go for sale, be sold, be disposed of for gain (generally dishonorable).

No such word exists in Latin. You must have the spelling wrong. Where did you get this word? If you never heard of it and it isn't in your book, where did you hear it to ask this question? You will have to verify the correct word from your source.

I took an entire year of Latin my freshman year of college and I just looked in my old text, dictionary, and verb book--no such verb as "vineo"--could you possibly mean "venio" or "vinco"?

venio-to come: venio, venire, veni, ventus-a-um
vinco-to conquer: vinco, vincere, vici, victus-a-um
