The fourth series of Lost will be airing on January 31, 2008 and concluding in May 2008.
Lost will finish altogether in it's sixth season in 2009-2010.
There WERE thoughts about doing a movie, however the writers have since said they will be doing six seasons. It is unknown as to whether there will be a movie after that or not.

As I understand the advertising, there are no more seasons but there is going to be a movie to wrap things up that will be on some time after the Superbowl has passed.
