People who talk about other people behind their backs but are all sweet and goody-goody to their faces. Also smoking near me or seeing people smoke near children.

The first thing is racism,then it's people with lack of respect for others.
I would mentioned other things that offends me but they're not as important as those two.

When someone lets one go and I have to inhale their fumes, The offencive odour is worse when riding on Public Transit and I don't even know you ... gag! LOL :)

People who only care about what offends other people and not me. like our stupid government, i'm offended by strippers on t.v. gay shows and bad language but your offended because i said God.
