I don't mind what type of moulds, that way I can work it out my self what I am comfortable working with? Thankyou

You don't make a resin, you'll have to buy some. There are many different types of resins out there, so you'll have to match the casting material to the job you want to do.
Similarly you'll need to suit the mould to the material you're using.

Generally you'll need ot use a RTV silicone to make a mould into which you cast your resin.

Do you mean clear resin? I have always just bought it at the craft store. Here is a good site for making molds.
