for me is when i go to the bus station every morning (to go to work) and i walk by this small store that has sort of a client-alarm or something like that and whenever someone passes it sounds, even if you dont get inside the store.
so i know i still exist when i hear it.
and is nice :)

When I stub my toe, I know. When I mash one of my fingers I know. When I kiss my grandson and daughter I really know and I thank all that is holy for blessing me with these two darlings and reminding me just how lucky I am to be alive.

It is the time when I am alone, got nothing to do and feeling like I am left alone in this world. It's the time when nothing seems to be organized. It's when I saw my self as nothing but no one. It's when I felt left and uncounted by this whole existance. When God seems so far away. Those are the times when I could be consious of my existance.
