everyone has the right to do what they please with their own bodies as long as it doesn't hurt another individual. so what if your judge lights one up? he isn't hurting you!

no one is saying lets legalize pot so airline pilots can smoke while they fly us around. you know and i know that these professional people know not to do that, just as they wouldn't drink and fly. but they have every right to do what they want in the privacy of their own home. don't try and tell me all airline pilots, boat captains, etc don't drink when not on the job. they should be able to smoke off the job as well.

lets legalize it to gain revenue from taxes, to decrowd the jails of non violent marijuana uses and make more room for the rapist, child molestors, robbers, and murders. lets save tax payers money instead of wasting it on a useless war agianst marijuana. lets stop ruining innocent lives of people who enjoy the harmless herb by taking their children away and causing them to lose their jobs. no one gets their kids taken away for beating someone up in a bar because they are drunk out of their mind!

Let’s look at this issue as it stands right now. It is a federal crime (against the law) to grow, sell, buy or use marijuana.

So those that grow, sell, buy and use marijuana are criminals in accordance with U. S. Code (we are a land of rules and laws).
