Anybody that plays blood sports like fox hunting or badger baiting cuz they're sick in their head, and deserve death for bringing it unnecessarily on others.

do you mean shoot in the leg or perhaps somewhere a little more drastic, if it is the former I would probably pick someone who had annoyed me in some minor way the latter would be for people who really pi ss me off

If I couldn't shoot the person holding me to this 'bargain', then it would have to be Simon Cowell.
Why? Because if there is a more annoying person on TV, then I am not aware of them.

several people infact my ex partner who was a total jerk off and did it regulary to magazines but back to the point also an old neighbour of mine who was so loud and would drink cans of beer in his front garden all day sitting and burping really loud,i would shoot his knee caps off then right between the eyes.BAMMM pass me that gun.
