That basically means "This product has never been proven to do anything".....

It means that the manufacturer has not done any testing to show that the product has any therapeutic effect.

It means the FDA has not blessed the product.
Not a big deal for dietary supplements. If there was a claimed therapeutic benefit FDA would class as a drug and the vitamins/mineral/herbs would be available on MD Rx only.
Which means we would not have them available to us.
