Palestinian Authority needed and got money over $5.6 billion and $2 billion from the US but why did we give?

Did they stop hating us and our support of Israel or doesn't it really matter as long as we hand over the cash?

How about taking the $2BILLION and giving the working poor a health care package they can afford?
How about funding a child's health care package with the money instead of sending it around the world?

I have no problem helping the world but .............
why does it seem the US is always sending money to people that can't stand us but have no problem taking?

Because every since Turkey stopped backing the US they needed an ally in the Middle East that was desperate enough to take our money and allow the US to place a military base in their country. Palestine was that country at least if Bhutto got elected president, now the US is up a creek and will try to salvage some kind of relationship with the new president in Palestine.

But the Palestinian people are living in completely awful conditions, they have no land, they have no rights, they are boxed-in and have no way to escape.
If you were them then you would certainly hate Israel and any country that backs them.

The Palestinians live in conditions you or I could barely imagine, why are they less entitled to aid money than people in the US who have homes, who have food, running water, and freedom?
