Treat them how they want to be treated, observe them to see what brings them joy and give them it (personal rather than material) surround them with their favourite things. Cooking someones favourite meal is special, picking them a wild flower, being thoughtful, make sure they are comfortable in a nice setting, a massage, leaving little notes places, just letting them know how much they mean to you is special.

Make her feel truly special. Let her know that you're thinking of her at random times, give her a call or an email at some point during the day to tell her she's on your mind. When you're with her, focus your attention on her. Listen to what she says. Hold her hand when you're out in public or put your arm around her. And of course, always let her know that you think she's the most beautiful woman in the world!

When you say I love you mean it, when it comes to arguments take 5 Min's to realise that you are a lucky person that you actually have a partner and that you believe in something so passionately that you are willing to fight for it.
When in a relationship give the other person the honor and respect that you would like to have, when your partner talks and tells you there inner most thoughts one of the biggest gifts you can give is that of listening to them, understand and knowing how they feel maybe even before they say it, and most of all if things aren't workin out have the guts to admit that you do not feel for them like they do for you, and last but not least be faithful.

Learn the five love languages and find out which ones they like the most.Tell them yours too so they can please you as well. Here they are:1)Words of Affirmation
Mark Twain once said “I can live for two months on a good compliment.” Verbal appreciation speaks powerfully to persons whose primary Love Language is “Words of Affirmation.” Simple statements, such as, “You look great in that suit,” or “You must be the best baker in the world! I love your oatmeal cookies,” are sometimes all a person needs to hear to feel loved. 2)
Quality Time
Quality time is more than mere proximity. It’s about focusing all your energy on your mate. 3)Receiving Gifts
Some mates respond well to visual symbols of love. If you speak this love language, you are more likely to treasure any gift as an expression of love and devotion. People who speak this love language often feel that a lack of gifts represents a lack of love from their mate. Luckily, this love language is one of the easiest to learn. 4)
Acts of Service
Sometimes simple chores around the house can be an undeniable expression of love. Even simple things like laundry and taking out the trash require some form of planning, time, effort, and energy. Just as Jesus demonstrated when he washed the feet of his disciples, doing humble chores can be a very powerful expression of love and devotion to your mate. 5)
Physical Touch
Many mates feel the most loved when they receive physical contact from their partner. For a mate who speaks this love language loudly, physical touch can make or break the relationship.
many times two people speak different love languages and they both get frustrated because they don't understand each other and may both be trying to please one another but not getting anywhere because the things each are doing does not matter much to the other one.

If you truly love that person then anything and everything you do will be very special because your heart will seek to do what you believe would add to that person's happiness, peace and joy. You would never consider saying or doing anything that might hurt or harm that individual - physically, mentally, emotionally or in any other manner. You will become best friends and your relationship will blossom with faithfulness, love, honesty, peace and integrity. You're going to discover that the most treasured gifts are the intangible ones.
I wish you the very best!
You're most welcome.

Love them unconditionally :)
But if your looking to do a really really special gesture I'd say take her somewhere special like the top of a building or boat in Central London at dusk. Have candles, roses, champagne and maybe a hand-made love poem?
I think that's really sweet of you, good luck.

If you love her or him, love and serve her or him with everything you have inside you. It is not only the most special thing you can do for the person you love, but it is the most special thing you can do for YOU.
