i used to be able to full down but then i got dropped and havent been able to get over my fear. now everytime i try my full down i either dont pull it or hurt someone. i need help.

Try it from a thigh stand or waist level prep. (Like this: http://www.zippyvideos.com/3251312152167376/twistdownthighstand/*knightscoachamy ) Get your twist back then take it higher into the air at prep level.

You didn't say why you got dropped, but on the off chance that it was because you traveled away from the group, remember to look over your shoulder to twist but not down at the ground.

I am not a cheerleader but I have seen a website's (youtube.com) comments on a flyer and she could do a perfect full down, someone asked why does she keep her arm "loose" when she is twisting....that might help you. If you keep one arm outish, it should help you. You may also want to talk to your teammates that are flyers and ask them to help you. I hope this helps you out. GOOD LUCK!!!
