to get your marriage license i live in indiana but have valid oregon id and he has indiana id will they still give us a marriage license?

You just need to find out the requirements of Indiana.

You have to have your birth certificate and your driver's license and you will have to apply for the license in the county that one of you lives in.......

you need to get an Indiana driver's license if you have lived in Indiana 60 days

just go and get your indiana id before you go to get your marriage license...you shouldn't have any problem either way but just in case

most states have a timeline to get the local drivers license. If you have been living there for some time you may have to get one not by choice, but by law.

Yes, you can. I lived in Indiana when I got married but was married in Ohio.

u can get a marriage license anywhere--how do u think all those people get married in vegas--im sure 99% of them got there license somewhere else

Don't know the laws of either one of those states but can only assume that like in my state you only need two forms of ID that are not expired.
