& narrow-minded people in authority like cops & court judges don't believe in anything you say because of your "label" or diagnosis? Well, I struggle with abuse & discrimination, & when I tell people in authority, they say my story sounds strange, or that they don't believe me. They always think that I'M the problem & that I provoke people to abuse me, which isn't true. People always choose ME to pick on & laugh at. & NO I'M "NOT" PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIC! People insult me about my mannerisms & movements, my hairstyle, the way I dress, & they treat me like I don't know left from right. If someone gets rude & pushes me because I'm "accidentally" in their way, people think "Nobody's gonna walk up to you & push you for no reason. That doesn't sound realistic." People beat up on me for no reason, throw things @ me, make false rumors about me, & the people who do it the worst is my FAMILY, especially my own twin sister. I can never find job because people think I'm apparently retarded.

I was once called "an extremely simple man" by the Communist-wealth of Virginia back in 2004 after I got hurt on the job because I made a statement "It was a waste of time and energy" when referring to the notion that I should have put in for more manual labor jobs despite my doctor's 15 pound limitation had on me after breaking my left elbow and 5-year experience with computers. I believe this b*tch made this statement due to my speech impairment because the whole time I was talking, the Deputy Commissioner had her eyes closed, her nose up in the air, and she was mumbling something under her breath.

The very next day I faxed my resume, the documents were this b*tch had called me this name, a 2-page letter demanding an apology, and other important documents right straight to the Governor of Virginia, my State Congressman, State Senator, and to the Workman's Comp Board. I faxed over 30 pages worth of paperwork to each person, for a total of over 130 pages of documentation that got faxed over the course of an hour's time. This b*tch called me "extremely simple" and I wanted to prove how difficult I really can be.

I won the case and this b*tch lost her job. I was never so pissed in my entire life as I was that day. Calling someone "simple-minded" is, in my opinion, the same as calling some a "retard."

This b*tch might have thought that I was a retard but I had the last laugh.

I do experience being bullied and mistreated because I am hearing impaired. They never help me or answer my question when I need help, that's because I am deaf. But I am not deaf, but hello I am a hearing impaired person. Well, I wear a hearing device, Cochlear Implant but I am still being bullied and mistreated that's because I am 'deaf'. Yeah, some of my class are so rude to me and still treat me so rude and treat me different than they treat other people. I mean, hello, we are same and normal but we have problems like disability but we are still same. I mean we still have feeling. I think they should have a Cochlear Implant to listen. LOL!! Yeah, I understand your pain. I know it's hard. But you can talk to your counselor about your problems. I talked to my counselor and yeah, I feel better. You could do that if you want to. I'm sorry.
