Almost everyone's a citizen of some country or another.

According to the Census Bureau's March, 2006 CPS, there are @ 20.6 million non-citizens in the U.S. The population clock has ticked off more than 300 million people living in the U.S. (that number counts everyone, regardless of status). All in all, there should be a bit over 280 million U.S. citizens living in the U.S. today. That's @ 93%, with most of the rest being here legally.

Do people with dual citizenship count twice?
