My family and some of my nephews and my sister were at Chuck E. Cheese's this past week and they had that cute little rat walking around and waving and I wanted my sister to take a picture of me hugging it and my husband said no b/c he said the rat might touch my "secrets" while hugging me and I then asked the attendent if it was a man or woman under the rat and she said it was a woman but my husband still said no!! I was so frustrated and went to the bathroom to cry (hormones!!). Was this fair? My sister got to hug the rat!!

are you sure you're old enough to be married? You and your husband both sound terribly immature. If this is the level of your lives, please .... grow up... both of you.

This is the mnost pathetic story I have ever read what arev you 12yrs old. Come on you stop hugging mascots when you turn like 15yrs old so if you are under this then fine but then you should not be married. Really though I side with your husband he was probably embarassed to be seen with someone who wants to hug a big Rat.

Plz Grow up because your being ignorant and well inmature.

You should of told your husband that if he gets that upset about you hugging a rat that you better never tell him what you do with his brother.

Your husband had no right, telling you you couldn't hug a rat. You should have done it anyway. He is insecure because of a rat, how silly is that.

Why didn't you just ask the "rat" to put its arm over your shoulder, no secret touching then. But why would you have asked your husband's permission anyway? Hell, it seems like such an innocent thing to do, why would you need permission? How much older is your husband, and how young are you? It sounds more like an adult child relationship, rather than one between two equal adults.
If you wanted to, why not just do it? A normal male wouldn't have had a problem with it.

I think your husband is way too controlling and you're way too concerned about little things.

Would be getting your husband a little psychological help though-- does he suspect everyone who hugs you will touch your "secrets"??

Based on this and other questions you've asked, you sound very immature. It sounds like he's controlling or treating you like a child. But then, you're acting like a child. It's just a rat and it doesn't matter. Grow up.
