If you are looking for a new engine, the only source would be a dealer!

If you want a rebuilt (re-manufactured) engine you can get one from many sources including auto parts stores and Jasper!

I would buy a GM crate motor myself!

I have a price from my local OReilly auto part store for a standard overhaul motor with all tins and a 3 year unlimited milage warrenty for just over 1,100 dollars. Try your local autoparts house.

check with a engine reconditioning shop in your area, they usually have some of those in stock, if you can't find a 305 a 350 will take it's place nicely.
