Some materials (such as zinc and cadmium) will sublimate at low pressures. A block of solid CO2 (dry ice) at room temperature , iodine at atmospheric pressure by heating it. Snow and other water ices also sublimate, , Naphthalene, a common ingredient in mothballs, also sublimes easily. Arsenic can also sublimate at high temperatures. Sublimation requires additional energy and is an endothermic change.
Other substances, such as ammonium chloride, appear to sublime because of chemical reactions. When heated, it decomposes into hydrogen chloride and ammonia, which quickly react to reform ammonium chloride.

Sublimation is the process where a solid converts into a gas without an intermediate liquid stage.

You have a very big list - but a fairly easy one to fill. I won't give all the answers to you as this is probably some horrible homework assignment, but I can offer some help. 1) Anything that sinks in water has a density greater than 1 (a density of 1 is defined by water) - Dish soap, honey, etc. 2) Google this one for a printable pic 3) Dissolve sugar into water - the bonds in the crystalline sugar break down as it dissolves into the water. 4) Pencil lead (graphite) or a diamond - both are allotropes of carbon 5) Salt - Na and Cl are held together by an ionic bond 6) The number given is Avagadro's Number, which defines the number of molecules in a mole. Google for the mathematics, but you should be able to find a "mole" of sugar quite easily. 7) Mass is the amount of matter in a object, weight is the force of gravity on said mass (mass multiplied by gravity equals weight.) Example: You have 100 grams of sugar. The sugars MASS is 100 grams. On Earth, the sugar's WEIGHT is 100 grams multiplied by the Earth's gravity. If you took this 100g of sugar to the moon, however, the WEIGHT would change because there is a different (much, much smaller) gravity level. 8) Vinegar gets is sour taste and smell from acetic acid. 9) Hydrocarbons are carbon-backbone chains with hydrogen groups attached - an example of this would be crude oil. 10) Covalent bonds are bonds based on the sharing of electrons that change as the electrons move in orbit. Gases are a good example. For everything else, you may want to start by Google-ing all of the things on the list; the concepts behind the questions will come up pretty easily and then you can find the answers. Good luck!

Iodine, I2, goes from a blue-black solid to purple gas.

Dry ice, solid CO2, sublimes.

Snow can sublime, on a dry cold day, it goes from solid to gas, without melting.
