In the darkest of the night we have to pull from within ourselves the light from our heart and believe and it will shine so bright and clear

The more you try to conceal something, the more that it will bother you and eat you up, therefore; making you reveal it eventually once you cant (psychologically) stand it anymore.

Everything in the dark will eventually come to light.
