No, he is done at OLTL. They issued statements saying he violated their morals clause and they had to let him go.

He was fired from OLTL and faces the counts you list. Too bad he really screwed up. I've heard he really has a bad temper in real life. Guess so. And I think the new "Michael" is doing a great job.....so far. On the show, he faced a jail sentence too but only got probation for one year. I hope somehow he and Marci can still have a life together.
