Florida passed laws on cohabitating in 2004. If a "supportive relationship" can be proved, alimony can be cancelled. My dissolution of marriage from 2003 just states I can't remarry. My ex married a divorce lawyer, and now I'm having to answer all kinds of questions about my finances, sexual history, any services provided to me by men I dated...it's unbelievable. The case is scheduled to go before a judge next month.

Doesnt matter.Your divorce is "grandfathered" in under the old laws so he can threaten all he wants. Just dont ever agree or sign anything from him or his attorney on anything legal until consulting your own attorney,as the courts cant undo anything done outside the courtroom. Good luck and happy new year!

what state, i have never heard about any laws on cohabitation, unless they are the really old ones that make it illegal, and no one pays any attention to those for like the last 70 years, I'm curious
