If you had to chose: being a sultan or a slave?

In an ideal world, I think everyone would like to be a sultan or a monarch of some kind. Even without slaves. It's survival of the species.
There are studies that indicate that the wealthiest and most powerful members of a society tend to have the most offspring. They pass more of their genes on to future generations than poor people and slaves do.

I would never want slaves. Haven't you learned from history and the terrible things that are going on in this world today?
